Hilmar Farid

Founder

Historian, cultural figure, academic, researcher, and activist. He served as Director General of Culture at the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture (now the Ministry of Culture) from 2015 to 2024. He actively writes, teaches at the Jakarta Arts Institute, and lectures at Indonesian and international universities.

Reza Malik

Co-founder & CEO

A management expert with over 15 years of experience in communications strategy, marketing, and public relations. Currently leading cross-disciplinary collaborations in the media operations and consulting services lines at Jalindonesia.

Ricky Pesik

Partner - Creative Economy Sector

A creative practitioner who has held roles as a copywriter, creative director, and strategic planner throughout his career. Internationally, he served as vice-chairman/conference experience director of the Asia Pacific Media Forum (2014), a judge for Spikes Asia in Singapore (2010 and 2014), and a judge for the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival in Cannes, France (2012). He also served as deputy head of the Creative Economy Agency from 2015 to 2019.
